Two dumb Goth kids.

I wrote a new little short comic about two dumb goth kids. Here's a sample panel.

Inspired by my visit to Central Europe while studying gothic cathedrals, I wondered how Goth kids would react to realizing just how pius and religious real people from the gothic period would be.

You can read the rest of it at my website.

The Round Valley Grump

I had quite an adventure today. I just finished a big two month job so I took the day off and went up to Round Valley State Park just north of Flemington, NJ. It was a beautiful day. I arrived to some gray clouds but eventually the sky cleared up and the sun started shining.

Just before I went home I took a walk along the rocky shoreline to get some last shots of the leaves. The following took place during that walk...

*Warning: the following story has not been censored. There is cursing.

As a short person this has happened to me more often then you'd think. However, most situations took place as a child or teenager, not as an adult.

I remember you... (my sketchbook project)

My sketchbook project if now available to view at the arthousecoop with a login or you can just view it here on my blog. My theme was "I remember you." I decided to make it into a comic strip book chronicling the many rejections I received from women over the years. I assume this will most likely land me in hot water with some but ah well. The past is the past and now we can just laugh it off, right? Good, I'm happy you agree.

Some summer sketches.

I did these sketches over the summer in Philadelphia, Portsmouth, NH, and Dewey Beach DE. Sorry, I don't have time to clean them up so I'm just going to post them as is.

Riverline.

My wife's latest obsession is Fantasy Football which means we have been watching a lot of football which means I am bored which means I have been drawing a lot and catching up on sketchbook stories that I have been meaning to draw out for several years. Man, that was a long sentence. Anyhoot, here is the latest sketchbook story in all of its unedited glory.

This happened about 2 years ago.

Love.

In honor of Valentine's Day I am posting some old comics I did on the subject of love. The first comic is self explanatory. I really don't need to go into it. However, the second is based on a dream I had in which I was Charlie Brown sitting next to Peppermint Patty underneath a large tree discussing the topic of love. I have strange dreams.
